Look at all those Beasts of the Southern Wild nominations.

I bet people are shocked at how that Best Director turned out. They went way off, it feels like. (Though really… only two.)

Cue people talking about how the new online voting prevented a lot of the old vanguard from voting and that’s what led to this happening. (You know they will.)

Though I’m glad. It shakes things up.

The only downside is, watch them double down and go Lincoln all the way and go super boring with it.
